Shipping

I’ll pack up your order with care and send it off within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on where you are, but I do my best to get your handmade goodies to you quickly and safely.

Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is handmade, so each one is unique! I don’t usually accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged. If that happens, just send me a photo within 48 hours, and I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Privacy & Payments

Your info (name, address, email) is only used to process your order and keep in touch with you. I never share it with anyone. Payments are securely handled via Stripe, so you can shop with confidence.

Care Instructions

Most pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe (check the product description), but hand washing will keep them looking their best for longer.
