Do you ship overseas?

Right now, I’m shipping within New Zealand only. I’m working on offering international shipping soon!

How long will my order take to arrive?

I usually pack and send orders within 3–5 business days. Once it’s with the courier, delivery times depend on where you live.

Are all your ceramics handmade?

Yes! Every single piece is handmade by me. That means each cup, bowl, or tumbler has its own little quirks and personality — no two are ever the same.

Can I use your ceramics in the dishwasher or microwave?

Most of my pieces can go in the dishwasher and microwave (check the product description to be sure). That said, they’ll last longer if you give them a gentle hand wash.

Do you take custom requests?

I love working on custom pieces when I can! If you’ve got something special in mind, send me a message and we’ll see what’s possible.

What if my order arrives broken?

I do my best to pack everything safely, but if something arrives damaged, please send me a photo within 48 hours and I’ll sort out a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each piece is handmade, I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or faulty.

Do you offer wholesale orders?
